ESTHER ANN KING (Hannah,Edith,Esther,Sarah,George),b.Thornton,3- 22-1821;m.Goshen Twp.,1840,Nathan Pennypacker,b.West Pikeland Twp.,5- 25-1817;d.10-4-1877;buried Lionville Lutheran Cemetery;son of Harmon Pennypacker and Anna Showalter,of West Pikeland.He learned the milling business and carried on the mill at Mosesville,Chester Co.,a few years; then bought his father's farm,but afterward sold this to his mother and purchased one in Upper Uwchlan.His death occurred in a railroad disaster,on the Pickering Valley R.R.,when returning from a large gathering of the Pennypacker family.His widow's address, Anselma,Pa.
