Ninian Young

family of Ninian Young........son Samuel, m Mary, d John Coburn, moved to East Fallowfield before 1780, Jan 4, 1780, released his portion of the 1206 acres to Robert Young. Robert, b Jan 16, 1748, m 1775 Martha Shields, and died June 24, 1814. She was d of James Shields and was born 5-12-1754 and d 2-13-1837. After his marriage, Robert lived on the homestead. Robert was in the ARW, wagon master in PA forces. 1777, assessor of Newlin twp.Of their 13 children, 2 died in infancy and the others were Mary, David, Eleanor, James,Robert, Thomas, George, John, Mary, Samuel and Martha.
