Be it Remembered That I Amos Yarnall of the Township of Willis'n In the County of Chester in Pennsylvania, Being weak in Body but of a sound mind Memory and understanding, Considering my time in this world uncertain do think it Necessary to make & Ordain this my Last Will and Testament on those Worldly Goods that God in mercy hath given me to Enjoy In manner Following {Viz} First I will and direct that all my just debts & Funeral Expenses be well & truly Paid and discharged as Soon as Conveniently may be after my Decease as hereafter Directed.

Item I Give and Devise all my wearing Apparril to my three Sons Daniel Amos and George Yarnall To be Equally Divided between them share & Share Alike. Item I Give Devise & Bequeath all the Residue and Remainder of my Personal Estate unto my dear and Loving Wife Sarah Yarnall to be disposed of as She may think Propper, I Likewise Give her all the Plantation whereon I now Live with all the Appertainances during her Natural life,

Item I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my Esteemed Son-in Law Aaron Garrett all my Messuages & Tract of Land Situate in Willis'n Township Containing by Estimation about one hundred Acres of Land, be it more or be it Less with all the Buildings and Appertainances belonging or in any wise Appertaining to hold to him my Said Soninlaw Aaron Garrett his Heirs & Assigns forever. From and after the decease of my Loving Wife Sarah Yarnall, on Condition of his paying all my just debts Funeral Expences and also the four following Legacies {Viz} Fifty Pounds to my son Daniel Yarnall, Fifty Pounds to my Son Amos Yarnall, Fifty Pounds to my Daughter Mary Garrett and Fifty Pounds to my Son George Yarnall the Said Legacies to be Paid In one Year after the Decease of my Loving wife Sarah Yarnall. But if my aforesaid Soninlaw Aaron Garrett Shall not agree to pay all my Just debts Funeral Expenses & the four Legacies above Mentioned Then & in that Case my mind & will is that my afores'd Messuages or Plantation of Land be sold after the Decease of my Loving Wife and I do hereby Authorise and Impower My Executors Hereafter named or the Survivor of them to sell the Same at Publick Vendue for the best price they can get and to make a Good & Sufficient Title for the same to the Purchaser thereof, and the Money arising from the Sale thereof, To be equally Devided Between my afores'd Son in Law Aaron Garrett & my four Children {Viz} Daniel Yarnall Amos Yarnall Mary Garrett & George Yarnall Share & Share Alike, after all my Just debts & funeral Expences are truly paid and farely Discharged,

Item I do hereby nominate and Appoint my Son Amos Yarnall my Son in Law Aaron Garrett and Sam'l Garrett whole and sole Executors of this my Last will and Testament ~ ~ ~

Finally I do hereby Revoke disannul and make void all former & Other Wills by me heretofore made or declared to be made either by word of Mouth or in wrighting Ratifieing and Confirming this only written on this Sheet of Paper to be my last In Witness whereof I the said Amos Yarnall have hereunto Sett my hand & Seal the Twelth day of the fourth Month in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred & Eighty Eighth 1788.
