C. 296.To wife Frances 1/2 of all estate real and personal and management of other 1/2 while unmarried with authority to devise the same by will among children if she die unmarried. If she marries again £20 to be given to each of daughters Elizabeth, Mary, Hannah, Sarah, Francina, Martha and Susanna when 21 and remainder to sons Samuel, William Lawrence and Isaac.
