sister Ann plantation whereon I now live bounded by lands of Wm. Peters,
John Skeen and others supposed to contain 130 acres, also stock, he paying
to Mary, daughter of Joseph Kerlin of Virginia, £100, but if Wm. Vernon
should marry the said Mary Kerlin then he shall pay £50 to his brother
Jonathan. To sister Ann Vernon £6 per year during life. To niece Elizabeth
Forrester £40. To Ann Bishop daughter of sister Mary Kerlin £20. To Joseph
Kerlin of Va. £5. To Ann Dix, daughter of sister Ann Vernon £10. To Lydia
